HAPPY VALENTINE’S WEEKEND, I wanted to share a delicious truffle recipe that takes no time to make & its only 94 calories each & healthy!!! Its actually made with avocado….it’s also vegan!!! I know, I know, your saying it can’t taste good, trust me I made it & my friends & family had no idea, they thought it was pure chocolate……..
GODDESS HEAVENLY TRUFFLES
One ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla bean extract
3/4 cup of dark chocolate (75-90) pure cacao
1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder (organic)
1 teaspoon of pure cinnamon powder
Melt chocolate on stove top, in separate bowl mash avocado. Pour melted chocolate into avocado & stir together. Add in vanilla & cinnamon, & cocoa powder. Whisk it until all lumps are smooth & creamy, place & cover in refrigerator for about one hour.
Roll into small balls, roll into chopped cashews, as you see in photo or cocoa powder, or brown sugar, or anything you love. Keep refrigerated, serve your honey, or just serve the for yourself, completely decadent & HEALTHY……
